All staff should consult with the Information Technology Division prior to making any technology hardware and software purchases. To find pricing information on the most often requested technology, please review pricing information below. If you cannot find what you are looking for or to obtain an accurate quote for any technology item, including software and web-app licensing and purchases, please email [email protected] and provide the product name and if known vendor you are looking at.

TECHNOLOGY VENDOR & PRICING INFORMATION

Please note that after a quote has been issued, you are responsible for obtaining a purchase order from your school or department and if processing is required by YPS Information Technology, it is your responsibility to submit the purchase order to us to order the product.

The YPS Information Technology Division is responsible for the approval of any and all technology purchases across the District despite the funding source to ensure compatibility and proper integration with our infrastructure.
