Please note that after a quote has been issued, you are responsible for obtaining a purchase order from your school or department and if processing is required by YPS Information Technology, it is your responsibility to submit the purchase order to us to order the product.

The YPS Information Technology Division is responsible for the approval of any and all technology purchases across the District despite the funding source to ensure compatibility and proper integration with our infrastructure.
