MINI MILLERS VOLUNTEER NURSERY

Mini Millers

Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and engaging environment for children ages 18 months through Pre-Kindergarten, for parents who are volunteering in Yukon Public Schools. This service is provided at a very reasonable cost while parents participate in the Helping Hand Volunteer & Mentor Program.

A morning in the nursery provides the children with a variety of structured activities such as singing, games, crafts and playtime.  A healthy snacks will be served every day. Children will have the opportunity to play and learn and create wonderful works of art and craft projects. Special party days are also planned. Children in Mini Millers celebrate holidays "at school" just like their older siblings.

WHERE: Skyview Elementary School – 650 S. Yukon Parkway, Yukon, OK 73099.

WHO MAY ATTEND: Children of parents that are actively involved in the Helping Hands Volunteer Program are able to attend.  We accept children ages 18 months through Pre-Kindergarten. All children are enrolled on a trial basis.

WHEN: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. We follow the school calendar and observe all school closings and holidays. Mini Millers will close at 9:30am if there have been no children brought in for care.

HOW MUCH: $5.00 per visit,  $3.00 for each additional sibling per visit.  Each child will also pay a yearly non refundable enrollment fee of $20.00. This fee covers snacks and craft supplies.
