YPS Badge & ID Card Services

The majority of new YPS employees will have an ID made during the New Teacher & Employee Orientation at the beginning of the school year. If you are hired later in the school year, you will receive your badge during the new employee on-boarding process. Your badge grants you certain access to buildings and the use of District copiers/printers based on your job role and site assignment. For security reasons you must pick-up your badge from the Office of Technology & Information Services (OTIS) located in Room 1020 of the Administration Building located at 600 Maple Street, Yukon, OK 73099. OTIS Hours of Operations for Badge Services are Monday through Friday by appointment (call x1099). Walk-ins: 7:30am to 11:30am.


  • 1st ID is = FREE!
  • Replacement Card = $5.00
  • Clip = FREE
  • Lanyard = 1st IS = FREE. Replacement is = $1.00
  • Badge covers = A clear, protective, badge pouch = .50 cents.
  • Reel Clip w/ Miller Man Logo = $3.00

NEED A REPLACEMENT ID? (Broken or lost)
Please complete the Replacement Request Form here: . We will need to reissue another badge & ID # and deactivate your old badge. Pictures are saved in the ID system. You don’t have to have another picture taken. For security reasons, you will be required to pick-up your badge from the Office of Technology & Information Services (OTIS) in Room 1020 of the Administration Building.

Please include: Your name & school or building site and let us know if you would like a Clip, Lanyard, or Reel Clip w/ Miller Man Logo for your badge. Money is receipted back to you & given directly to the YPS Business Office.

It’s important for cardholders to take care of their Yukon Public Schools ID Card. It’s the best way to ensure a long, functional life for your badge.

  • DO NOT place a magnet on them, DO NOT bend and DO NOT punch holes in the cards.
  • A wire antenna embedded in the card assists the smart chip in communicating with card / key readers.
  • Cardholders will be charged a $5.00 replacement fee for damaged or lost Yukon PS ID Card.
  • Each card has a unique number on the back that has been recorded in the ID system. 
  • YPS Information Technology has a copy of all numbers that enables access to certain areas of the building to employees as well as District Copiers/Printers. If an employee leaves YPS, the ID card needs to be retrieved and sent to the Office of Technology and Information Services in Room 1020 of the Administration Building.
