PTO Meeting 3:50 p.m.

Secretary's Minutes: Mrs. Williamson motion, Forga second, minutes approved.

Old Business: Playground equipment has been considered for next year. A bump slide, Hercules climber and a Super Dome climber have been ordered at approximately $7000. Checking on possibly ordering swings.

August 29th to Sept 13th we will be selling cookie dough and cinnamon rolls for our Fall fundraiser.

Reading Carnival - May 24th - Mrs. Taylor has asked for additional funding for one moon bounce, dry slide, and a dunk tank. The school will be doing a hat and flip flop fundraiser to help cover the cost of these items for the carnival. Mrs. Williamson made a motion to cover up to $250 if it is not raised by the school during our hat/flip flop fundraiser to cover the dunk tank, etc. Joel Shattan second, motion passed.

Officer Elections for 2011-2012 school year:
Ways and Means - Mrs Williamson motioned to leave this position open for now, Joel Shattan second, motion passed.
Treasurer - Krysta Rains (nominated by Shanna Shattan, Mrs. Sisney second)
Secretary - Karen Hansom - (nominated by Mrs. Taylor, Joel second)
Vice-President - Joel Shattan - (nominated by Joel Shattan, Mrs. Forga second)
President - Tobi Frank - (nominated by Mrs. Williamson, Mrs. Forga second)
Teacher Representative - Marty Long (nominated by Mrs. Sisney, Mrs. Williamson second)
-All officer elections passed.

2011 - 2012 PTO Meetings wil be held on the second Monday of every month. 1 meeting per semester in the evening and meeting times will be decided at a later time.
