Your employment application will be carefully considered. Before a final employment decision can be made, the following information must be in your applicant file:

Submission of Teacher Application

  1. Make sure your application is completely filled out and that you have read and signed it. You are required to print and sign the submitted copy as directed.

    Mail the application with the correct amount of postage.

  2. References must be from individuals who have supervised you in a classroom setting (master teacher, university supervisor, principal, assistant principal). All information on references must be current and complete (i.e., ZIP code, telephone number, street address, etc.). Experienced teachers must include the most recent principal as a reference. In addition to the placement file, we send confidential references for all applicants.

  3. The complete application consists of the following:

    1. Original transcripts with degree posted. If you are still in school, please submit an original transcript up to the current semester. Then, make a list of the courses currently in progress and staple that list to your transcript. You must submit a transcript showing degree posted as soon as the degree is confirmed.
    2. The completed application along with the typed answers to the question posted on the application form.
    3. The Data card, page-1 of the web-based application, is required information for filing purposes. This information is separate from the application. We would appreciate your participation.
