Faculty and Staff
The highly professional staff of Yukon Public Schools is dedicated to providing students with the best educational opportunities possible. The staff works cooperatively with the home and community to insure that each child develops academically, socially, physically and emotionally. Yukon Schools boast a faculty in which over one third hold a masters degree or higher, and many hold multiple certificates in administration, counseling or special education. Further O.E.A. rates the district as one of the top paid districts in Oklahoma.
Continual training for personnel of Yukon Public Schools is considered a vital part of the total school program. Every teacher and administrator participates in ongoing training. The training based on educational research is designed to bring current teaching techniques into classroom use. Our faculty and staff take pride in being respected by their state and national peers for providing the highest possible educational benefits to each of their students.
