Yukon Named Oklahoma's Best Suburb by Business Week Magazine

Recently, our community was named the "Best Affordable Suburb" in Oklahoma by the popular Business Week Magazine. The article was featured in the March 13, 2009 issue describing Yukon "with good schools, low crime, reasonable commutes, strong economies, and a good quality of life". We have to agree!

Yukon, 20 miles west of Oklahoma City, is country singer Garth Brooks' hometown. It's a fast-growing city with its own movie theater, big-box stores, and regional hospital. About 36% of residents are married with children. The average commute is 21 minutes.
