Title VII Program
The Title VII program is open to all students who are of Native American descent from a Federally or State recognized tribe. This program does not require a Tribal Membership card.

TITLE VII Application
Tutoring Program
The tutoring prgram requires enrollment in Title VII and a C or below in Math and/or Reading.
Individual or small group tutoring for grades 1 - 8 in the areas of Math and Reading at each
school site.
High School tutoring is availalbe through the various programs offered at the High School.

Johnson O'Malley Program (JOM)
Enrollment in the JOM program requires the parent complete a JOM form and provide a copy of the student's CDIB card.
Provides assistance with the cost of school supplies, athletic shoes, school sports uniforms,
driver's education, ACT testing, summer school, class and club fees, eye care assistance,
senior cap and gown packages, and more.
